Erika, a Detroit native, is a HR practitioner with 10 years of Human Resources experience and is the Founder and CEO of The ErikaMonaé Group, LLC - a professional and leadership enrichment company. Erika received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University and Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. She also has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications through HRCI and SHRM, respectively. Erika is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
